Pricing questions, answered
How much does TimeToPost cost?
TimeToPost has three main paid plans: Starter at $12/month (or $9.60/month billed annually), Pro at $49.99/month (or $39.99/month billed annually), and Growth at $99/month (or $79.20/month billed annually, $950.40 per year). Annual billing saves 20% on every plan. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial that requires a card.
Can AI agents use TimeToPost?
Yes. TimeToPost ships a free official MCP server included with every plan. Connect Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor or any MCP client to https://api.timetopost.co/mcp (no API keys). Your agent can schedule posts at your optimal times, read best-time-to-post data, and monitor scheduler health. AI content generation (Pro) and backlink outreach (Pro) are web-UI features, not MCP tools. See timetopost.co/mcp for setup.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it: the trial begins in Stripe checkout, you are not charged until day 15, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel anytime from the billing page.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter covers the core scheduler: posting to connected social accounts, scheduling up to 30 posts per month, analytics, and a link shortener with UTM tracking. Pro is unlimited posting plus AI content generation, best-time recommendations computed from your own audience data, and backlink outreach with email campaigns. Growth adds AutoSEO Blog Autopilot for publishing approval-gated articles to your own site.
Which social media platforms does TimeToPost support?
X (Twitter) is the live social publishing channel today: text posts, images, videos, and threads. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, and YouTube are coming soon. AutoSEO (Growth) already publishes articles to your own website today, independent of the social platform roadmap.
How is TimeToPost different from Buffer or Hootsuite?
Schedulers like Buffer and Hootsuite stop at publishing. TimeToPost Pro also generates content with AI, times posts using your own engagement data instead of industry averages, and runs backlink outreach so your content gets found on Google: one tool instead of a scheduler plus a writing tool plus a link-building tool. It is also the only scheduler that exposes best-time data and scheduler health checks to AI agents over MCP.
