How does the posting schedule generator choose times?
It uses TimeToPost aggregate hourly best-time curves for each selected platform, converts those UTC curves into your timezone, and places each platform on your active days at its strongest available hours.
Can I generate one calendar for multiple platforms?
Yes. Select any mix of Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and Facebook, set a weekly cadence for each platform, then download one .ics file with all events.
Is the schedule personalized to my accounts?
No. This free tool uses aggregate public best-time data. Connected TimeToPost accounts can calculate account-specific timing from your own audience and engagement history.
What should I do with the generated schedule?
Use it as a weekly planning artifact: copy the text into your content calendar, import the .ics file into your calendar app, or recreate the schedule in TimeToPost when you are ready to publish automatically.
