Agency FAQ

Which platforms can agencies schedule to today?

TimeToPost publicly supports live everyday scheduling for X. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest and YouTube are coming soon. Agency scheduling copy should assume X is the only live platform unless your account shows otherwise.

Can clients approve posts without seeing internal notes?

The agency workflow is built around approval links and one review queue. Keep client work in approval mode so drafts can be checked before publishing.

Does TimeToPost automate engagement for clients?

TimeToPost does not auto-like or auto-follow. Warm-outbound DMs remain individually human-approved. The separate DM Funnels beta can send one official, capped Instagram Private Reply when a user comments with an explicitly configured keyword, but a signed-in human must activate each post-scoped funnel first and public replies are off by default.

Is there an agency plan?

Agency packaging is being shaped around client workspaces, approval workflows and retained-revenue pricing. Use the pricing page for current self-serve plans and contact TimeToPost for agency fit.
