Build in public with GitHub ship digests
Connect GitHub so merged work becomes build-in-public drafts, then approve or cap them before posting to X.
What the loop does
Build-in-Public Autopilot turns GitHub activity into social drafts. It can draft per pull request or collect activity into a digest, depending on your settings.
Treat X as the live public posting target for this workflow unless the dashboard shows another connected destination as supported for your account.
Connect GitHub
Use OAuth or the dashboard connect link to authorize the repository you want watched.
- Open Dashboard, then Build in Public.
- Connect GitHub and select the repo.
- Choose approval mode for the first week.
- Set a daily or weekly cap so small commits do not become noisy updates.
- Review the first few drafts and tune tone before switching any workflow to auto mode.
What to approve
Approve posts that explain a user-visible improvement. Reject internal chores, dependency bumps and vague implementation notes unless they teach the audience something useful.
