Use the approval queue
Review AI drafts from posts, trends, GitHub activity, AutoSEO and warm leads before anything goes live.
What the queue is for
The approval queue is the trust layer in TimeToPost. AI drafts from different sources land in one place, labeled by origin, so a human can approve, edit or reject them.
This is the product boundary to remember: automation prepares work, but public publishing and outreach should stay human-gated unless you explicitly enable an auto mode for a supported workflow.
Review a draft
Use the queue as an editorial inbox, not a blind publish button.
- Open the unified approvals or drafts area.
- Check the origin badge, such as GitHub PR, Trend-Rider, AutoSEO or warm lead.
- Read the copy for accuracy and tone.
- Edit the segments or caption if needed.
- Approve with a scheduled time, approve into an optimal slot when available, or reject with a reason.
Agency habit
For client work, keep client-ready drafts in approval mode. It creates a clear paper trail and prevents accidental AI posting under a client brand.
